SHELTER2HOME-HAITI, SA (S2H-HAITI) was incorporated in Haiti in October 2009, three months before the January 12, 2010 earthquake. We are committed to the philosophy that our role in Haiti is to provide a hand-up, not a hand-out, and ultimately contribute to the sustainability of the country by addressing the triple bottom line; the measure of economic, ecological, and social success. It is for this reason that we have located our first manufacturing facility in Les Cayes, Haiti, and are helping to contribute to the local economy through the employment of Haitian youth.
Shelter2Home-Haiti S.A. is a proud member of AmCham Haiti and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti
Jocelyn Nelson, Project Manager S2H-Haiti, is a graduate of the Pwoje Espwa Sud Vocational Schools in Les Cayes, Haiti, where he became knowledgeable of Masonry, Carpentry, Welding, Electrical, and Plumbing.
